This section only includes details about the Hampton section of the Parish. Any census records for Balsall, Kinwalsey and Nuthurst are included in their own parish. I do not have details for Knowle.

1841 CENSUS

In the 1841 census Barston was part of the Solihull Superintendent Registrar’s District and was in the Knowle Registrar’s district and consisted of Enumeration District 4 - Piece 1129, Book 2, Folios 4 – 11.

1851 CENSUS

In the 1851 census Barston was part of the Solihull Superintendent Registrar’s District and was in the Knowle Registrar’s district and consisted of Enumeration District 3 - Piece 2217, Folios 324 – 333.
